The Collection Catalog contains a listing of the materials that are part of the collections of the Public Library History Room and the Historical Society. This catalog will be expaned to further itemize materials within individual collections, as well as updated with new additions to the collections.
The individual items will be identifed by a
- Call Number – HC (History Room) or HS (Historical Society);
- Material Number- A sequencial number assigned when the item was first cataloged;
- Title- The title of a published work, or the description of the item,
- Author- The author of a published book or work product
- Type- Categories to define the materials such as books, audio recordings, photographs, etc
- Physical– A description of the physical properties of the item.
The Collections Catalog can be searched using the search function when the catalog PDF opens. Refer to the How to use the PDF reader in the Frequently Asked Questions page.
